TooManyItems is an incredibly useful in-game inventory management mod with many additional features. Once you have installed TooManyItems you can access it by opening your inventory.

To the right of the normal inventory there is a searchable list of all minecraft blocks and items, including those from any other mods you have installed. Simply click a block or item and a full stack will be added to your inventory. You can add items to a favourites list and even create saves of the inventories you use most often.

In the top left hand corner there are a number of useful buttons that allow you to change the time, change your gamemode and even fill your hunger and health. TooManyItems also includes a very useful enchanting feature to create overpowered tools.

TooManyItems is designed for single player use but it will also work great on Minecraft servers as long as you are op!

Mr_Crayfish’s Furniture Mod adds more than 30 pieces of furniture to Minecraft that can be used to decorate your home and garden.

The mod adds chairs, tables, cabinets, blinds, curtains, lamps, coloured couches and items for a Minecraft kitchen such as oven, fridge, freezer and water tap. Some of the crafting recipies are displayed below.

Fridges and cabinets store items, the oven cooks food just like a furnace and lamps work when powered by redstone.

The Twilight Forest mod is a very interesting mod that adds a new realm to Minecraft. It’s reached very much like the nether but it encompasses an entire world forever in a state of twilight and surrounded completely by immense trees and giant mushrooms.

The new realm adds a slew of features to make the game that much more entralling. The world gives plenty of new areas to discover like densely guarded dungeons, new creatures like rams, deer, and fireflies, as well as many new mobs, items, biomes and even abandoned castles. And, like the Nether, glowstone grows here naturally.

The portal is very easy to create as well. It’s simply a 2x2x1 hole in the ground surrounded by flowers and filled with water. All you need to do then is to toss in a single diamond and the portal spawns.

There’s a great deal of items, environments and enemies to explore in this mod so it’s well worth a look especially if you run a multiplayer server. This mod significantly adds to the dynamic of exploration to the game and makes it feel like playing for the first time.

One more neat block is the “Uncrafting Table”. This block allows you to take any crafted item and gives you its contained items. Unfortunately it only works on undamaged items. It also works to re-craft your items so you won’t need to have both an uncrafting and a crafting table.

Got a sweet tooth? This is the mod for you: CandyCraft adds a whole new dimension to Minecraft, along with blocks, items, tools, and more!

Start by placing four sugars in a square formation to get some sugar blocks, and make a portal shape with those blocks. Use a bucket of lava on the inside, as you would with a nether portal, and you get access to the candy dimension.

This world has a whole new set of minerals to mine, mobs to kill, blocks to build with, armor to wear, items to gather, and much more!

The new mobs may look similar to ones in the normal Minecraft world, but each one has its own attributes and special traits!

Randomly generated structures contain a host of items and special treats for everyone who loves candy and adventure.

Flan’s Mod is a massive mod full of customizable vehicles, guns and armor. It’s the ultimate war and mechanical pack and works especially well for multiplayer servers.

It’s really a mod host of sorts that contains several other mods. You can download the content packs from this link here. Content packs contain the information for the mod to read and create the containing vehicles, guns, armor and/or parts. They’re like instructions for the mod to follow.

Most of the content packs will come with special crafting benches. These will contain the necessary materials to be able to put together a much larger vehicle or weapon. All you need is to have the right parts in your inventory and if the bench indicates you have the correct materials, it will allow you to craft the item. Depending on the content pack you may also be able to upgrade said vehicle or weapon with better add-ons.

You can turn your world into a first person shooter with this mod. Challenge yourself by putting the game in the hardest mode and fight off hordes of zombies. Minecraft may be notorious for not having any sort of guns but Flan’s mod now gives you that option. Bring your world out of the dark ages and into modern times. Rid yourself of the need for bows and arrows and arm yourself with an automatic.

So if you want vehicles, new armor, guns or even battle mechs, Flan’s mod has a seemingly endless supply. This mod will definitely take some trial and error to get used to but if you have a flair for mechanics and want to apply that to Minecraft then this Mod is worth it. This mod will take crafting to a whole new level.
